Refunds, replacements and Liability |

Most manufacturers warranty returns or replacements are on a return to depot basis (RTD) and shipping is usually paid for by the customer. It is at the discretion of Wired Office whether certain products shown to be faulty will be picked up onsite for returns (RA). Wired Office accepts no liability for product or service failure that cause loss of data or revenue. |
