Wired Office provide a limited liability hardware replacement warranty on new computers and the components therein. We will replace onsite any hardware item shown to be faulty with an equal quality or alternative brand name depending on availability.
Hard drives will be replaced and the operating system default installed. We do not install programs or carry out data recovery on hard drive warranty claims. These services are available as a support service.
To ensure your data can be easily restored in the event of hard drive failure ENSURE YOU DATA IS SAFELY BACKED UP on an external drive.
